4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
